Our story

AH Africa,
a Story Driven by Passion

Like many Moroccan companies across various sectors, our international expansion began with sub-Saharan Africa. This was the starting point for AH Africa, founded in September 2021. Today, this new brand has three real estate projects—two in Senegal and one in Côte d’Ivoire—all currently in the commercialization and construction phases.

The first project began in August 2022: Kepar Residence, located in Diamniadio, a new town created to ease congestion in Dakar. The development project includes 886 apartments and 71 commercial spaces, all centered around green areas.

Right next door, a new project was launched in April 2024: Les Villas Salam. This is a fully secured residence featuring around fifty villas of contemporary design.

Finally, the BÔ Residence project was launched in May 2024 in Bassam, near Abidjan. It includes 800 housing units and about fifty commercial spaces, located in a rapidly developing area.

The goal is to establish AH Africa as a reference brand in West Africa.
