Hicham Darrag

Graduated in Civil Engineering from Hassania School of Public Works, he began his career as a project engineer and then project manager in renowned firms, where he honed his skills in managing large-scale projects. In 2017, he joined the holding company as Technical Manager, quickly demonstrating his leadership and expertise.

His contributions allowed him to move up to the Technical Director position at AH Real Estate, where he played a key role in the success of numerous strategic projects.
Hicham Derrag has extensive experience in project management within the construction sector, with particular expertise in EDGE and HQE certifications. He has contributed to a wide range of projects, including hospitality programs, residential developments, industrial infrastructures, as well as high and medium-end residences and social housing.

His career is marked by a rigorous technical approach and a strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Today, as Technical Director, he leads all activities of the holding company, both nationally and internationally, embodying a vision focused on operational excellence.
