Edge
A mark of excellence
Because we believe that quality is also demonstrated through efficiency, sustainability, and respect for our environment, all our projects are engaged in the EDGE certification process (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) — an international benchmark for sustainable construction.
EDGE is a standard developed by the IFC / World Bank Group.
It requires at least 20% savings compared to a conventional building in three key areas: energy, water, and low-carbon materials. It is supported by major international institutions such as:
– African Development Bank (AfDB)
– European Union / European Commission
– International development agencies (USAID, GIZ, KfW, etc.)
Résidence Képar, our first project in Senegal, obtained its EDGE certification in October 2025
For the residents of our developments:
– Homes that consume less energy → lower utility bills.
– Responsible water management → less waste.
– Smarter construction → more durable materials and a reduced carbon footprint.
– A healthier, more resilient living environment in the face of climate change.
